Library Gift Program

A Program for Solicitation and Recognition of Donations for Purchase of Books, Journal Subscriptions, and Other Print and Non-print Resources

The Library at Arkansas State University invites donations to cover the cost of purchase of general and reference books, journal subscriptions and video and compact disk resources to honor, memorialize, celebrate or otherwise acknowledge a perosn or event.

Donations for purchase of library materials will be recognized and publicized in several ways, including:

• a permanent book plate will be placed in each item purchased with the donated funds,
• the donor and honoree will receive and official Certificate of Library Support, and
• the names of the donors and honorees will be added to the online catalog of the library, permitting electronic searches and verification of donation.
