Off-Campus Access to Electronic Resources
- Students currently enrolled in courses for credit through ASU Jonesboro are
entitled to full access privileges to the online databases available
through our website.
- When you attempt to access the databases from off-campus, you will
be prompted to enter your ASU Email address and your ID number. When you enter your ID number,
add a number '7' to the beginning of your ID number
to make it a total of 9 digits.The ID number should be entered with
no spaces or dashes between the digits.
Example: If your ID number is 12345678 you would type
in "712345678".
Please refer to the instructions on the login screen for more detailed instructions.

If you have any problems accessing the databases, check
your browser settings. Questions or problems with off-campus

access problems during holidays or breaks when the library is closed,

being tested and at this time we are only offering the service to off
campus ASU students.
- As always, telephone help is available. Call 870-972-3208 to ask questions and get reference
and research assistance over the phone.
