Email reference is a service meant for use by students taking courses off campus. To use this service you must be currently enrolled in courses for credit through ASU Jonesboro. If you are not affiliated with ASU and you have a question about the library collections, hours, directions, or other general information needs, please call the library at (870) 972-3077 or send your questions by email.

You may submit email reference questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is our intention to respond to questions within 24 hours of receipt, except for weekends and holidays.
